The TeamStrength Program

Curated Leadership Peer Groups

Small groups of growth-focused leaders from different industries, backgrounds and perspectives. A place where you can speak candidly.

Monthly CEO & Executive Meetings

Full-day leadership meetings focused entirely on collaborating with other members on each other's most critical business decisions & challenges.

Individual Executive Coaching

Monthly one-to-one sessions to prepare for each forum meeting, where your executive coach challenges you & serves as a sounding board.

Scorecards & Accountability

Track your company’s performance and hold each other accountable to the objectives and goals you share.

Structured Decision-Making

The TeamStrength meeting framework gets the essential information on paper to improve decisions and outcomes through member feedback.

Professional Facilitation

A facilitator keeps the conversation focused, helps uncover root issues and makes room for every perspective using a framework honed over more than 30 years.

The most important decisions need additional insights, not isolation.

TeamStrength is Central Florida's most exclusive CEO group. Openings are rare - members join the program and regularly stay to retirement or M&A.

The Selection Process

  1. 01

    Confidential Conversation

Initial discussion to ensure you qualify for the program and answer any initial questions.

  2. 02

    In-Depth Interview

Full interview to understand your business background and growth opportunities. This is where we determine what you can bring to a TeamStrength CEO group, and also where we confidentially share our process and member roster.

  3. 03

    Member-Candidate Interview

Qualified candidates go on deck for the next opportunity. Openings happen when a member transitions out of their role through M&A or retirement. When an opening is available, the candidate will meet members over lunch for a final back-and-forth.

  4. 04

    Member Invitation

Members always make the final decision on whether to extend an invitation to a CEO candidate.
